Planned maintenance to our smartcard system is scheduled on Monday 22 February between 09:00 and 17:00 – during this time Smartcard tickets cannot be purchased from southwesternrailway.com - Tickets bought prior to this time can still be loaded to Touch Smartcards as normal. Travel using your Touch Smartcard is not affected.
